These terms cover your use of Question Tennis, operated by Moonbeans Games. By playing the game, signing up, or visiting the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. The service

Question Tennis is a daily trivia game with single-player, friend, and league modes. It’s provided as-is and may change, evolve, or have features added or removed over time. We do our best to keep it running smoothly but can’t guarantee uninterrupted access.

2. Your account

• You can play without an account, but stats and league entries require sign-up.
• One account per person. Keep your email secure — we use magic links, so anyone with access to your inbox can sign in.
• Choose a display name that isn’t offensive, impersonating, or misleading. We can rename or remove accounts that breach this.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

3. Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• Cheat, automate play, scrape questions, or otherwise game the league.
• Reverse engineer the service or attempt to access other players’ accounts or data.
• Submit content (display names, friend match messages, question submissions) that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone else’s rights.
• Use the service to harass other players.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules. Serious abuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. User submissions

If you submit a question or other content for use in the game, you grant Moonbeans Games a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, edit, and display it. You confirm the submission is yours to give and doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

5. Intellectual property

The Question Tennis name, logo, game design, code, artwork, and curated question bank are owned by Moonbeans Games. Daily current-affairs questions are generated with assistance from third-party AI and news sources and are provided for play within the service. You may share screenshots and short clips socially; please don’t republish the question bank.

6. Merchandise

Merchandise is sold through Fourthwall. Purchases, shipping, refunds, and customer support for physical goods are governed by Fourthwall’s own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Trivia answers reflect the best information available at the time of writing but may contain errors. We don’t warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or always available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonbeans Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. Privacy

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service you consent to that handling.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be announced in-app.

11. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence apply.
